Property was comfy and wonderful, we appreciated this place.
We were met by superfriendly, excellent personnel. This accommodation had a very central setting to a tram stop. It was also adjacent to a multitude of restaurants of all kinds, beautiful Jerusalem and a light rail station and the Mahane Yehuda market.

Location, cleanliness.
Bad soundproofing, interfering with street noise, conversations from the corridor.

The location is perfect, right above a tram station. Clean rooms come with amazing views, and you can grab free coffee, tea, and cookies anytime! We felt especially lucky during the rain because the hotel lent us umbrellas to explore the city without a hitch.

The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right outside making it easy to reach the Old City. The room was modern and clean, with a smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, and a spacious shower. If you're a foodie, you'll love the Marzipan Bakery nearby for some mouthwatering pastries. The rooftop views of Jerusalem are lovely! The location is fantastic, right by a tram stop.
Plus, the bathroom might flood a tad after showering, yet it won't ruin your experience.

Loved the fine city views, but finding the entrance was a hassle.

Despite the 'charming' view, my tiny room was nowhere near what was advertised. I ended up on the 13th floor instead of 15th, with a barely-there city view. And oh, how good that I couldn't even get breakfast at the hotel! Almost thought of giving a better review, but this was just too much to ignore.
